SHUTTLE BOOKING — LMWSHOA (2023)

Please remember:

Booking window is up to 14 days prior to reservation.
Shuttle service routes are only available on Mondays & Thursdays. Days and times maybe subject to change.
Residents can book up to two (2) round-trips or one-way trips per household, per day at $5 per resident.
Residents can book up to four (4) guest round-trips or one-way trips per household, per day at $5 per guest.
All residents and their guests must complete the Amenity Waiver Form before boarding the shuttle. The forms can be accessed via the link provided below. If needed, waiver forms will be available with the shuttle driver upon boarding the shuttle.
Residents must complete the: RESIDENT AMENITY WAIVER FORM
Guests must complete the: GUEST AMENITY WAIVER FORM
A Latitude Passport is required by residents when boarding the shuttle.
Residents must bring their confirmation email with them to present to the shuttle driver.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
Residents must accompany their guest(s) at all times.
No shows or cancellation of shuttle tickets less than 24 hours in advance (with the exception of last minute weather changes) will be tracked. Two infractions in one month will result in the loss of shuttle privileges for 30 days.
Saturday shuttles may run for Lifestyle Events, which you can book through the Lifestyle Calendar.
