Originally from South Carolina, Amanda spent the last 24 years in the resort and hospitality industry managing properties in Myrtle Beach, Branson, Destin, and New Braunfels, TX. Most recently, she returned to Panama City Beach in 2017 to manage a local 550+ unit multi-association beachfront condo tower. She spends her personal time shuttling her 14-year- old daughter to volleyball tournaments, spending time relaxing at the beach, and playing with her German Shepherd, Zac.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Sarah Tucker has called Panama City Beach home for the past five years. Sarah has a diverse background that spans the hotel/resort industry, food & beverage, and country clubs, making her a perfect fit for our vibrant community. When she's not busy at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, Sarah loves spending quality time with her family. She and her husband, along with their two children, enjoy camping, kayaking, and exploring new destinations together.
Shanon is a Florida native, originally from Lynn Haven, Florida. She earned her degree in Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University. She lived in Louisiana for more than 25 years, where she built a career in management spanning over 30 years.
Shanon is the proud mother of two sons and four grandchildren, whom she absolutely adores.
Shanon transitioned into Community Association Management as she wanted to broaden her management experience so she earned her CAM license. Over the last few years, she has watched Latitude Margaritaville Watersound grow and develop, and when she saw the opportunity, she knew it was the place for her.
A true local of Panama City Beach, FL, Rayce has over a decade of experience in the landscape industry. Beginning his career with humble beginnings, Rayce steadily advanced through the ranks, gaining invaluable field experience and the expertise necessary to enhance the beauty of our community. Outside of work, Rayce enjoys spending time on the golf course with his daughter or relaxing on the pristine white sandy beaches.
Born and raised in Kentucky, Ish spent most of his life there, aside from four years serving in the United States Marine Corps. After a brief stint in the home construction industry, he embarked on a fulfilling career in law enforcement. Upon retirement, Ish and his wife relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where he excelled in managing facility and building maintenance and eventually finding their dream home in Latitude Margaritaville. Beyond enjoying time with their Latitude family, they cherish moments at the beach, traveling together and are proud parents to four children and three grandchildren.
Originally from Mississippi, Jonathan Mitchell and his family traveled throughout the Southeast before eventually returning to Panama City. Through his travels, Jonathan gained extensive culinary experience working in country clubs, resorts, and higher education dining programs. Jonathan’s passion for Cajun and Southern cuisine began at an early age and his childhood experiences helped shape his appreciation for regional flavors and Southern hospitality. When he isn’t at Latitude Margaritaville, Jonathan enjoys spending time fishing and relaxing on the beach with his wife, with their toes in the sand.
Gina has worked in the event planning industry since 2016, when she began as a design and programming consultant. Gina's prior role was Lifestyle Director for Westlake, a growing community in South Florida. Before her career in Lifestyle and Event Planning, she worked at Alfred Angelo for 25 years, where she took pleasure in working with designers, managing runway shows, and making Brides look and feel beautiful. She moved to Palm Beach County in 1993 and is a devoted mother to a daughter pursuing Costume Design at the University of Michigan. She loves shopping at local art festivals and is always down for an adventure.
Debbie Saraf was born and raised in Massachusetts. She spent most of her time as a Senior Manager Administrator at an Investment company in Boston, MA. When her children were young, Debbie worked as a fitness manager in the evenings so she could care for her family during the day. Once the children grew, she went into an administrative role in the Boston area. Tired of the cold and snow in New England, Debbie and her husband packed up and decided to come South. They found their home here in Panama City Beach. Debbie always enjoyed the atmosphere around the fitness center and loves the energetic vibe health and wellness present. With her upbeat personality and” how is your day, we are glad you are here attitude, Debbie brings a warm sincerity. Debbie’s happy place is right here in her own backyard because she’s a resident too.
Kevin Dixon brings over 25 years of experience in the Foodservice and Hospitality industry, with a strong background in the hotel sector. Before joining the Latitude Margaritaville Watersound team, Kevin honed his skills at Johnson & Wales University, where he earned degrees in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management. Throughout his career, Kevin has excelled in diverse environments, ranging from family-friendly resorts to luxurious 5-star boutique hotels. Originally from Pennsylvania, Kevin has resided in the Panama City Beach area for nearly a decade, proudly calling the Emerald Coast his home.
